Signs that your customer is satisfied:
- The customer is referring your services to others.
- They ask your social media handles or other ways to connect.
- In conversation they give positive feedback or compliments.
- They complain less.
- They appreciate your service verbally.
- Their tone of voice is pleasant and cheerful.
"Positive reviews reassure potential customers that they can trust your brand, your products, or your services.”
Review Candidate Checklist:
- When asking how their experience has been, was it positive?
- Was their tone of voice calm and pleasant?
- Was the introduction call free of any complaints or “venting”?
- Did the customer compliment the company or any agents.
- Did the customer comment on the process using adjectives such as: smooth, easy, non-complicated, etc..?
- Did the customer mention any unmet needs?
Once we have a good Idea of the customers “temperature” we can determine if they are a good candidate for a review. These reviews will be on our company Facebook page or Google Review page. Other customers will reference these two locations when deciding to pair with us on their solar projects. Anything without all boxes checked is not a good candidate to request a review. If the customer matches the above criteria, then we can recommend them for a review.
